MY SERVICES

My approach is trauma-informed and incorporates art therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based models. I find that art therapy is a helpful and unique way for clients to approach difficulties and express themselves.

Using this approach, I help people age 16 and older with a variety of mental health concerns, including:
